Refund Policy

Terms and conditions for refunds, fund withdrawals, processing times and dispute resolution at ABDFX.

01 Refund Policy Overview

This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which ABDFX processes refunds and withdrawal requests for client funds. ABDFX is committed to processing all eligible refund and withdrawal requests promptly and transparently.

Please read this policy carefully before making a deposit. By depositing funds with ABDFX, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

Untraded deposit funds may be refunded to the original payment method subject to KYC verification

⏱️ Processing Time

Refund and withdrawal requests are processed within 3 - 5 business days of submission and approval

KYC Required

All refund and withdrawal requests require full KYC verification to be completed before processing

02 Refund Eligibility

The following circumstances may be eligible for a refund or withdrawal of funds:

Untraded Deposits

Funds deposited but not yet used for trading may be refunded to the original payment method, subject to compliance checks and applicable fees.

Trading Profits

Profits generated from legitimate trading activities are eligible for withdrawal to your nominated bank account or payment method.

❌ Duplicate Deposits

Accidental duplicate deposits will be refunded to the original payment method once identified and verified by our finance team.

Technical Errors

Funds deposited due to a technical error on ABDFX's platform will be refunded in full following investigation and confirmation.

✅ Refund Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted through the ABDFX client portal. Refunds will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same source of funds rule). Full KYC verification is required for all withdrawal and refund requests.

03 Non-Refundable Items

The following amounts are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Trading losses incurred as a result of the client's own trading decisions - ABDFX does not refund trading losses under any circumstances
  • Commissions, spreads and swap fees charged in connection with executed trades
  • Deposit fees charged by third-party payment providers or banks - these are outside ABDFX's control
  • Funds deposited and used to claim a bonus where the bonus terms and conditions have been accepted and trading requirements partially or fully met
  • Currency conversion losses incurred when depositing or withdrawing in a currency different from your account's base currency
  • Withdrawal fees applicable to certain payment methods as stated in ABDFX's fee schedule
⚠️ Trading Losses are Not Refundable

ABDFX cannot and does not refund any funds lost as a result of trading activity. All trading involves risk and you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Please read our Risk Disclosure before trading.

04 Withdrawal Process

All withdrawals must be submitted through the ABDFX client portal. The following steps outline the withdrawal process:

Submit Request

Log in to your client portal and submit a withdrawal request with the required details

Compliance Review

Our compliance team reviews the request to verify identity and ensure AML/KYC requirements are met

Approval

Once approved, the withdrawal is processed and sent to your nominated payment method

Funds Received

Funds arrive in your account within the timeframes specified in Section 05

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same source of funds rule)
  • Where the original deposit method is no longer available, ABDFX may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method
  • ABDFX reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request
  • Withdrawal requests submitted after business hours will be processed on the next business day

ℹ️ Processing Times Note

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to compliance reviews, bank processing times, public holidays or technical delays. ABDFX will notify you of any delays affecting your withdrawal request.

06 Fees & Charges

ABDFX does not charge fees on standard withdrawals to most payment methods. However, the following fees may apply:

07 Disputes & Chargebacks

7.1 Clients who believe an error has occurred in processing their deposit or withdrawal should contact ABDFX support immediately at support@abdfx.com before filing any chargeback with their card issuer or bank.

7.2 ABDFX will investigate all disputes fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved directly without the need for a formal chargeback.

7.3 If a chargeback is filed without first contacting ABDFX, a Research Fee of USD 150 will be charged to the client's account to cover the cost of investigation. Unsuccessful chargebacks will incur a total fee of USD 300.

7.4 ABDFX will not accept fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover any losses, fees and damages arising from fraudulent or unjustified chargeback filings.
