KYC verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement for all financial services providers. By completing your KYC, you help us comply with international AML/CTF regulations and protect our entire client community.

ABDFX aims to ensure the integrity of any sensitive data it obtains, such as your account information and the transactions you make, using a variety of security measures and fraud controls. Securing your electronic transactions requires us to be provided with certain data from you, including your preferred deposit method.

03 Required Documents
When you deposit funds or request a withdrawal, we will require the following documents to verify your identity and protect your account. Please ensure all documents are clear, valid, and unaltered:
Valid Passport or National ID
A clear, colour copy of your valid passport including the photo page and signature page. Alternatively, a government-issued national ID (front and back) is accepted.
Proof of IdentityCredit / Debit Card Copy
Copies of any credit or debit cards used to make a deposit. Front side with only the last 4 digits visible; back side with the CVV fully covered for security.
Payment MethodProof of Address
A copy of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter in your name and address. Document must be dated within the last 3 months.
Proof of AddressSigned Purchase History
A signed statement or purchase history of your online transactions where applicable, confirming the source and nature of funds deposited to your ABDFX account.
Source of FundsBank Statement
Recent bank statements (last 3 months) may be required for larger deposits or withdrawals to verify source of funds and confirm bank account ownership.
Source of FundsAdditional Documents
Depending on your risk profile, jurisdiction, or account type, our compliance team may request additional supporting documentation. You will be notified promptly.
As RequiredAll documents must be in colour, clearly legible, and valid. Expired documents will not be accepted. Documents may be submitted via your secure client portal, email to kyc@abdfx.com, or through our support team.
04 When Do I Need to Provide These Documents?
We highly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with all the necessary documents as soon as possible, in order to avoid any delays in processing your transactions.
At Account Opening
Basic identity documents are required to activate your trading account and enable deposits
Before First Withdrawal
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal requests can be processed
On Compliance Request
Additional documents may be requested at any time by our compliance team for risk assessment
Important Notes
Some circumstances may require us to request these documents before allowing any other activities in your account, such as deposits or trades, at the discretion of our compliance team.
Please note that if we do not receive the required documents on file, your pending withdrawals will be cancelled and credited back to your trading account without further notice.
You will be notified of any such event via email and through our client portal notification system. Please ensure your contact details are kept up to date.
We aim to review and verify submitted documents within 1 - 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully verified.
We require the receipt of all necessary documents prior to making any cash transactions to your benefit. This includes withdrawals to bank accounts, cards, or e-wallets. Please submit your documents promptly to avoid delays.
05 How Do I Know My Documents Are Safe?
ABDFX holds the security of documentation at the highest priority and treats all documents it receives with the utmost respect and confidentiality. All files we obtain are fully protected using the highest level of encryption at every step of the review process.

We thank you for your cooperation in helping us make ABDFX a safer place to trade. Your KYC compliance helps protect not just your account, but the security and integrity of our entire trading community.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, KYC documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years from account closure. After this period, documents are securely and permanently deleted from our systems in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
